At-least 5 years’ experience as java architect. 2. Technical skills and knowledge in the areas of Java/J2EE , Apache Camel, Database (Oracle, MySql), Tomcat, Spring Framework, etc to recommend and deliver optimal application structure 3. Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Webservices 4. Experience with performance tuning complex applications is a must 5. Experience with instrumentation/analysis tools to identify system performance and scalability bottlenecks 6. Experience with Java code profiling and diagnostic tools like dynatrace, CA Introscope, Jprofileretc 7. Knowledge of relational databases in particular, query plan analysis / tuning, contention/locking analysis and tuning 8. Ability to learn and understand the system architecture quickly in a dynamic environment 9. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. A big part of this job is communicating effectively with other development teams and offshore 10. Experience in Object Oriented design and Design patterns. 11. Good exposure to Software processes (SDLC) 12.
