*1 Year* *Relevant Experience (Yrs)* : 5+ years of development experience in SAP BI/BW (Contractor position) *Technical/Functional Skills * : SAP BI/Business Workflow developer *Experience Required * This is a contractor position for a technical BI resource who will be responsible for maintenance and development of our BI environment for current active projects. - Experienced in Multi Dimensional Data Modeling in design and development of standard and custom Info Cubes, infoObjects DSO, InfoSet, Multi provider. - Strong BI Reporting front end skills using BEx Query Designer and BEx Analyzer. - Experienced in information broadcasting, scheduling jobs in background using information broadcasting. - Experienced in IP, BPS and BPC modules.User administration in integration planning. - Experienced in writing ABAP code for customer exit, BADI, BTE, start routine, transfer routine and custom formulas. - Experienced in developing Web Reports and creating Web Templates using Web Application Designer (WAD). - Data Extraction from SAP R/3, flat files and other databases . Configuration of delta loads and full loads - Sound knowledge in extending the SAP Business content based on requirements. - Experienced in creating FI and FI-SPL datasources for transaction data, master data,hierarchies and performance tunning in extractions. - Development of process chains, monitoring of batch jobs,performance tuning methods in DTP loads and scheduling maintenance tasks. - Experienced in BI accelerator and BI archiving technology. - Strong communication and Interpersonal skills - Management or supervisory skills a plus *Roles & Responsibilities * Facilitating discussions around process definition and developing process flow documentation, business Requirement Documentation, etc • Assisting in the business process and system blueprint, testing, training and implementation • Coordinating and ensuring implementation of project standards across projects. • Analyzing business problems, documenting the problem, and developing Solutions • Developing complex Reports and Workbooks in SAP BW (with VBA Macros ) • Designing and/or developing Financial Planning, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence toolsets such as SAP BW, SAP BI-IP. • Responsible for maintaining, testing and analyzing break/fix for the production SAP BW & BI –IP applications • Perform and Monitor BW Data Loads both Master and Transactional Data. • Working closely with technical teams, configuration teams, and external vendors/offshore teams • Research new technologies and functionality, making recommendations on their use.
