Job Title: SAP PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Rate: Competitive all inclusive
Duration: 1 Year
This project will deploy an integrated foundation of Inventory and
Parts Supply Chain Management capabilities to enable Service’s
profitable growth and expansion to new channels. The project will:
• Provide end-to-end supply chain visibility to improve
inventory utilization and allocation
• Strengthen financial and internal controls
• Provide the functionality and scalability to manage a
growing, complex service parts supply chain
• Move from in-house, custom software to a common, standard
SAP platform
Description of Responsibilities:
• Resource will be responsible for following the Best Buy
Delivery Methods. Procedural training will
be provided.
• We are looking for a very experienced SAP Program Lead.
• This resource will be responsible for the technology
implementation. There is a business side
Program Lead that this resource will work with to deliver the overall
program.
• This resource will need to oversee a major System Integrator.
Work with that integrator to plan, and manage the work.
Description of Skills:
MUST HAVES
• Program Management experience
• Project managed multiple SAP implementation projects in $10M
+ range
• SAP Implementations must include heavy ECC and/or SCM.
• Experience with ASAP methodology
• Experience in most of the following modules:
o FICO - Finance
o Materials Management
o Sales Distribution
o Warehouse Management or Extended Warehouse Management
o Service Parts Planning/Supply Chain Management
• Proven ability to work in an outsourced, multi-vendor
environment
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced culture
• Highly skilled in project plan management
• Ability to pull multiple project plans, financials, risks,
and issues into a single view
• Ability to effectively influence across teams
NICE TO HAVES
• Projects including sunset of systems, modifications to, and
integration to/from multiple legacy
systems
• Retail experience helpful but not required
