Proof of concept completed this project is to productionize it and roll-out to a small pilot group. Team Site Implementations focus areas 1) Governance 2) Auto provisioning of team site 3) Standard Team Site templates 4) Upgrade of a handful of current team sites GDS upgrade Conversion from an IBM tool to SAP tool. PM role is more oversight of provider doing the work and working with HP to get hardware in place. *Responsibilities:* *Project Management 90%* Deliver projects through the full project lifecycle. Co-ordinate activities and resources (self, internal and 3rd party) to deliver project deliverables and achieve time, cost, quality and scope objectives. Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained. Oversee selection and appointment of services and resources to the projects. Track all activities against the plans providing regular and accurate reports to senior management, project office and client management, as appropriate. Lead development projects, developing and maintaining manpower plans for the staff involved, resolving resource conflicts and monitoring the deployment of individuals to insure that they are contributing effectively. Undertake all project work in a professional, customer focused manner, using the standard methodology and producing required documentation. Monitor projects throughout the project phases to ensure the solution meets the business requirements, alerting business and IT leadership when there are potential disconnects. Monitor and report on the progress of solution design, development and deployment for projects within area of responsibility. Maintain an emphasis on the early identification and, where possible, rectification of problems and deviations, `including changes in scope, especially where these have resource, timeline and financial implications, communicating risks and issues to IT and business management. Ensure that project solution delivered meets the business needs and business sign-off is received. Work to ensure effective transition to support for all projects and systems involving appropriate areas of IT so as to minimize support issues and ensure no business disruption. Responsible for the development of own skills. This will involve development of business awareness, business knowledge, project management techniques and customer liaison skills. Assist other project managers as required. *Financial Management 5%* Provide project financial forecasts and budget variances. Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Overall accountability for project resource procurement to pay efforts. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project. Follow up with Vendors and AP, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. Support project time, cost, risk, complexity and estimation efforts to project teams, business and IT management. *Communication 5%* Liaise with project sponsors, business partners, portfolio managers and project stakeholders, within IT and within the business, maximizing their understanding and support of the project and managing expectations for project solution design, development and delivery. Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors. Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
