Hi We are looking for a VERY functional consultant with lots of interaction with business users. This person need to be able to speak articulately with the business users and tell them when something is a bad idea or won't work. They will not have to do a whole lot of hands on development. They will work to guide a team of BW developers to develop reports from the requirements they gather.
SAP BW consultant It's a more focused on the BW side now with BOBJ experience being a "nice to have." They will need someone with Strong BW Payroll, Compensation, and general HR analytics experience from a functional and technical perspective focused on HCM. Any BOBJ experience will be a definite plus specifically experience with the Webi tool.
