Qualifications: For this position, we are seeking an individual with exceptional Business Intelligence (BI) and BOBJ admin skills, as well as strong BI & BOBJ performance tuning skills. The applicant should have a vast background in a number of SAP products, and be familiar with SAP best practices. We are seeking someone with strong SAP technical & analytical skills, strong communication skills, and strong work ethic. The successful candidate should have the ability to manage deadlines, deal with unforeseen problems, react quickly and decisively under pressure. We seek an individual with the ability to work hours required (often evenings and weekends, especially when problems occur) to get the job done. Responsibilities: Provide installation, configuration, integration, upgrade, & testing services for new projects & on-going maintenance for SAP environments on IBM AIX servers running with an Oracle database. Provide expert level SAP Basis support, Oracle database admin & tuning, as well as hardware & software diagnostics. Manage & implement system patches, fixes, & support pack upgrades. Analyze, diagnose, & resolve computing problems involving any installed SAP product (ECC, BI, EP, SRM, CCM, PI, SCM, gATP, e-Recruit, & Solution Manager) system hardware, third party software (e.g. OpenText, Click, etc.) & operating system software. Provide performance tuning, problem analysis & system administration for Oracle databases & SAP instances. Responsible for ensuring the continued update of necessary systems support documentation & following documented procedures.
