San Francisco CA October 2012 - April 2013 Qualifications: BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degree or equivalent experience. SAP Release ECC 6.0 and BI 7.0 5 years experience in SAP security design, implementation, and administration across all areas of SAP (R/3 ECC, BI, SRM, CCM, PI, SCM, SolMan, and Portal). Working knowledge of SAP GRC tools (RAR, CUP, SPM) and segregation of duties tasks or management of system roles Strong problem solving skills Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills (both written and oral). Must be able to articulate complex technical issues Ability to produce polished and effective communications documents Ability to work as a team member as well as independently Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Responsibilities: Work with SAP business owners and SAP developers to design, test, and transport of SAP security roles to satisfy business process requirements as defined by user roles. Analyze and solve authorization error messages and problems. Provide detailed analysis of problem and solutions. Provide operational support related to SAP security issues for all SAP systems. Troubleshoot production problems and provide timely solutions. Develop security implementation plans for new SAP client environments, consolidation of existing environments, and upgrade projects for new SAP releases. Support and maintain the Governance Risk & Compliance toolset. Partner with the Segregation of Duties team to maintain Rule Set changes, Superuser Priviledge Management, and Compliant User Provisioning configuration.
