El-Segundo, CA ASAP ONLINE ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION: Online Engineer is responsible for programming and execution of cutting-edge online projects and platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Assist in developing PRDs to ensure proper product planning, development and execution. . Assist in creating architecture and coding for consumer engagement initiatives on multiple platforms . Contribute to UI/UX design and development of rich multiplatform consumer engagement platforms . Integrate 1st and 3rd party systems and APIs QUALIFICATIONS: . Expert in PHP, MySQL and MS SQL . Fluid with HTML5/CSS/JS/XML . Experience using JSON, JSF, Facebook and Twitter APIs . Experience with MCV framework - Zend, CakePHP . Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components including websites, intranets, applications, mobile apps, online media, email, data feeds. . Ideal candidates will have hands-on integrated development experience, as well as hand-on information architecture and web analytics experience. . Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills. . Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project, departmental and enterprise risks related to projects, systems and business analysis. . Strong verbal and written communication skills. . Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project and preferred experience in Visio. . Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile processes Required: . B.S. degree in Computer Science .
