Santa Ana, CA. Duration: 6+ Months. Purpose Develop and transform the current business process on Salesforce.com platform and provide integration to the existing backend systems. Objectives Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members. * Should have very good technical problem solving skills. * Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same. * Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements. * Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project. Skills Job Related Skills: Advanced programming with Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and APEX Web services is required and Workflow automation. * Salesforce.com batch and event-driven integration experience with Data Loader required. * Perform SFDC's Configuration, Standard UI configuration, Custom field design, implementation and assigning the field level securities to the different roles and Profiles * Salesforce.com Configuration, Change Management, Migration, and Deployment experience required. Knowledge of usage of tools to enhance productivity. * SalesForce.com with Eclipse IDE for development. Understanding and hands on of Sales cloud / service cloud implementation with end to end SFDC product understanding, configuration and migration * Custom-built solutions, including the API and SOAP, mass batch data loading, near real-time * Creation of Reports, Dashboards, Force.com IDE, Eclipse * Set up sandbox and development environment * Perform Release management & Deployment engineering for different applications * Any SFDC certification is desirable.
