*Brief understanding of roles and responsibilities * · Works independently on moderately complex analysis. Assists senior staff on more complex analysis. · Works with business/operations SMEs to define and model end-to-end business processes. · Works with IT Analyst and Development SMEs to define and model the system level processes to implement and automate business processes. · Recognizes strategic implications of problems and issues. Generates alternative ideas/ solutions. · Assists in developing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes. *Target Skills: * · Performs complex analysis and is able to resolve issues. · Looks beyond symptoms to identify causes of problems and potential trends. · Develops and assists in implementing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes. · Experience with *BPEL Technology – Oracle 11g/10g, BPEL, SOA, Weblogic, OFM, Java , PL/SQL etc.* · Experience with the Oracle Business Process Architect toolset. · Provides guidance to more junior staff.
