Experience and knowledge of the supply chain for Oil & Gas Industry, specific to midstream . Experience in participating in transformation initiatives for fortune organizations . Experience in implementing either of the leading ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, etc . Experience in carrying out business process design and re-engineering exercises . Experience in leading consulting assignments in the P2P and SCM space working with leadership team to develop overall SCM solution strategy (processes and technical) . Experience in developing business case drawing tangible connections between procurement strategy and financial-success metrics . Ability to define clearly how improvement of procurement and supply chain functions within midstream domain can benefit the business areas such as Asset Management, Maintenance, Engineering, etc. . Proven ability towards driving business process improvement initiatives . Ability to work with the Business and IT leadership . Ability to lead workshops, business user and blueprinting sessions . Ability to work with a multi-location team . A good understanding of trends in the P2P and SCM space .
