You will work closely with other development and support consultant providing technical guidance and assurance. You will liaise with colleagues in different locations, agreeing on technical approach with them and taking responsibility for the technical quality of work delivered. The candidate will be part of the project team that supports, designs, architects and develops .NET applications to support the financial applications. You'll code and unit test C#.NET programs. In this role you'll interface with the end users and the project sponsors to gather requirements and analyze business processes. As a member of the system integration test team, you'll be called upon to fix bugs and run scripted tests. Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes. May require a bachelors degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
