*Description: *
Looking for a lead developer who has a working knowledge Genesys CTI
Environments, as well as experience with the .NET libraries for interfacing
with Genesys T-server.
*Required skills:*
· Programming with Genesys TServer TLIB and platform SDK API.
Understanding of Genesys Tserver event/command/call model; comfortable
using Genesys Configuration Management Environment (CME) UI.
· Solid all-around .NET Knowledge; C#, Multi-threading, Web
Services, UI Controls. Knowledge of Windows (WPF/Winforms) application
development.
· Experience working with Cisco/Avaya ACD.
*Nice to haves:*
· Experience related to developing custom softphone and screen-pop
solutions
· Overarching understanding of Genesys servers and general CTI
architecture
· Expert knowledge in Web programming (Javascript/CSS/AJAX) and IIS
ASP.NET applications
· Knowledge of Genesys Configuration and Stat Server APIs
Avaya and Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Phone
