Minneapolis MN Duration: 3 to 5 months plus After interviewing the Manager this is what he is looking for * Very strong O2C experience[entire order to cash cycle] * Techno/functional split 50 /50 or Functional 60/40 Technical * Expertise in order management [orders and RMA], shipping, invoicing, workflow, inventory, defaulting rules, processing constraints [entire order to cash cycle] – multiple projects/roles * Bonus for exposure to field services * Strong background with integrations and solution design between Oracle EBS and Siebel or other ERP/order capture and management systems * Experience with custom Oracle PL/SQL, sales order/RMA API’s, workflows Job Purpose (A statement on why this position exists) The Oracle Functional – Technical consultant will collaborate with the Sales, Order Management, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment [Logistics, Shipping, and Home Delivery], Finance and IT groups to gather detailed functional requirements; design and deliver solutions in Oracle and ensure appropriate data flows between Siebel and Oracle, by leveraging standard functionality. Major Responsibilities (Describe the top 4-5 imperatives to achieve the position purpose) · The analyst will work with IT project teams and the business unit to gather business requirements to aid in the design and development of software applications. Develops detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling. · Deliverables include all required project documents per Select Comfort’s project management framework. Job Requirements (minimum amount required and preferred expectations) § Other skills required or preferred: - Expertise required in Oracle Order to Cash cycle; Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable; experience in Inventory, Procurement, BOM, GL, workflow. - Expertise in interfacing data from external systems into Oracle via interface tables and API’s. - Expertise in 11.5.10 of Oracle applications - Strong background with integrations and solution design between Oracle EBS and Siebel or other ERP/order capture and management systems - Any knowledge of AIA - Any knowledge PIP - Excellent PC skills - Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment - Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation - Strong process knowledge of business and business systems - Requires basic project management skills to manage time and activities in all projects and tasks - Requires excellent negotiation and listening skills - Requires strong oral and written communication skills § Mental requirements: - Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently - Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner § Physical requirements: - None § Travel and special schedule requirements: - Extended weekend and evening work may be required for production support, during implementations and to meet project deadlines Thanks & Regards Naveen Sr. Technical Recruiter Advent Global Solutions, Inc.
