HI QTP Consultant
Start Date: Feb 11th or sooner Duration: 3-6 months Location Cupertino, CA Responsibilities: * Develop test cases and test scenarios based on requirements for automation testing. * Analyze and review Requirements to ensure adequate test coverage. * Create, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts using QTP. * Execute test scenarios and document test results. * Install and configure QTP on multiple workstations. * Assist in executing QTP scripts in LoadRunner for Performance Testing. Requirements: * Bachelors Degree * 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ on Automation Testing projects using QTP * Strong programming skills in VB script, SQL and C. * Strong knowledge of different automation frameworks * Advanced test automation experience, writing complex test scripts and custom objects. * Experience testing web and client server based, particularly those on the Java platform. * Excellent analytical and testing and communication skills. * Strong understanding of 3 Tier software architectures. * Experience with testing database driven applications. * Basic LoadRunner experience is a plus. * Experience in running QTP scripts in LoadRunner is a plus.
