Technical Consultant a. CRM Java Experience development b. CRM Web Client development c. ABAP development d. Tasks i. Enhancements and bug fixes for CRM Product Catalog. ii. Develop process to record and report on proactive automatic delivery actions by the call center on CRM. iii. Campaign Management 1. Modifications to a .CSV sent to a third party through campaign management. 2. Add Timestamps to CRM Coupon custom tables. iv. Remote sales/Convention tasks. 1. Program to confirm that orders are picked up at events on CRM. 2. Processes to accommodate cash returns on CRM. 3. Program to create complaints en mass on CRM. 4. Simplified pricing program on ECC. 5. Report to confirm that all document flow steps completed for event orders on ECC. Title: ABAP Developer Location: San Diego, CA Start date: Feb 11 Duration: 3 months * Shell Script programming expertise ( Mandatory Requirement) * Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments. * System failure analysis and recovery; insuring the consistency and integrity of file systems. * Strong troubleshooting skills * Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical people * ABAP Skills ( Basic programming knowledge is needed ) SAP IS/U Consultant Location: Minnesota,MN Duration: Long term I need a Sr. SAP IS/U Device Management & Customer Service Consultant for long term project in Minnesota. They need this Sr. level resource to come in and make assessments in 2 areas: Device Management (DM) & Customer Service (CS). From there this person will be responsible for configuration, re-configuration, etc. based on his/her assessment but the overall goal of this project is to optimize these two areas and make them as efficient as possible. This is a functional role with heavy configuration in DM and CS. This is a rate + expenses position and the client will interview and hire over the phone this week for the right person. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: * BA/BS degree in computer science or related field, though relevant experience may be substituted for partial education requirements. * Two or more years Microsoft SharePoint administration experience. * Three or more years Microsoft SQL Server experience. * Three or more years of experience in business and systems analysis. * Five or more years of experience in an IT role.
