Location: Concord, CA Duration: Long Term (1+ year) Years of experience : 7+ Primary Skill: InfoSphere Information Server (version 8), Unix/Linux Scripting, IBM InfoSphere tools/MDM for PIM, IBM InfoSphere Information Server tools (Business Glossary, DataStage, Information Analyzer, MetaData Workbench, QualityStage) Secondary Skill (Mandatory): IBM WebSphere Application Server, Java Scripting * Design, implement, integrate, secure, performance tune, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server and InfoSphere Information Server (version 8) tools in support of a centralized Linux server environment and distributed MS Windows client environment. * Provide connectivity assistance to Oracle and SQL Server Databases, as well as FTP, SFTP, XML and other interfaces * Design, implement, integrate, secure, performance tune, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server and InfoSphere MDM for PIM in support of a centralized Linux server environment and distributed MS Windows client environment. * Provide consulting on IBM InfoSphere Information Server tools (Business Glossary, DataStage, Information Analyzer, MetaData Workbench, QualityStage) on developer and end-user usage and best practices. * Manage data as a valuable corporate asset by ensuring company policy compliance for IBM InfoSphere tools/MDM for PIM and Information technical control requirements (e.g., Information Protection, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.).. * Stay current on corporate data management technology standards, best practices, and SOX / Information Protection technical controls in order to contribute to team mission of developing, documenting, and communicating corporate data management technology standards and best practices.
