Hi we have a need for .Net Lead
Location: Palo Alto , CA. Start date : ASAP Duration: 6-12 months RESPONSIBILITIES: * Creating reusable web components and back end components * Creating and integrating with Web Services (SOAP and REST) * Creating Web Templates using SDL Tridion CMS and integrating with web components * Integrating back end web components with user interface elements/Front End components * Design for high performance and implement optimizations in the design and code * Development of compelling new web applications and improvements to existing web applications with high performance and quality * Integrate the Front end components with Back end systems * Work in Agile methodology and deliver in short iterative sprint cycles * Collaborate and coordinate well with various team members and stake holders REQUIRED SKILLS * 10+ years of web development experience including high performing features * Expert level in C#.net and Java/J2EE technologies * Strong experience with XSLT and JSP/JSF templates * Strong experience in Web Services creation/integration (WSDL-SOAP, REST etc.) * Spring Framework, Cache Frameworks (EHCache or similar) experience * XML, JSON and Ajax processing experience * Strong OO design and patterns including MVC * Ability to tune performance on Front End as well as Back End components/services. * Oracle or other RDBMS * SDL Tridion and/or other CMS experience * Experience in development of n-tiered web applications. * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), distributed team collaboration and coordination skills * Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative (being a self starter) and getting things done.
