*Required Skills:* Will establish plans and objectives for advancing Performance, Capacity and Regression Test development. Will plan, execute and manage Performance/Capacity Tests, analyze and troubleshoot performance problems, and produce Executive Summary Results documentation. Responsible for designing and implementing automated scripts for load and stress testing so that performance and scalability of multiple systems can be analyzed before production deployment. Will manage and participate in all aspects of Performance/Capacity Testing work,including both analytical support for development projects and maintenance of existing applications in production. Must be able to establish plans and objectives for the Quality Assurance Team and ensure resources are effectively utilized for meeting Performance, Capacity and Regression Testing goals.
