Job Title :Business Analyst Location : Chicago,IL Duration : 6 -12+months MUST HAVE: TM1 or Hyperion Essbase experience as well as strong finance background. The Senior Business Systems Analyst (s) will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Business Performance Management/Sales Planning for Affiliates or other commercial systems. You will need to become an expert on the system and also work with the business team members to understand their business processes and needs for the system. You will work with a Project Manager and an affiliate business team to implement the system in various countries. You will interface with different levels of management in Finance, Marketing and Logistics to assist in systems development for global planning cycles. Specific responsibilities may include: .Developing the implementation plan .Review of the business process with the business team to ensure a fit with the Cognos Planning System tools .Providing expertise and support for system functionality .Definition of user and functional requirements .Develop risk based testing strategy .System/Integration Testing planning and execution .Development of standardized, repeatable procedures .Providing system training and documentation .Lead User Acceptance Testing and assist customers with initial data set up .Reports Requirements definition and testing .Issue management .Deployment planning Desirable experience: Ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast paced team environment with strong attention to detail and quality results.
