• As a Senior Programmer/Analyst you are a key leader in the
development organization responsible for design, implementation, deployment
and support of key
business applications. Senior Programmer/Analysts are
significant contributors to all aspects of the SDLC, leading software
designs and day to day team planning and
reporting.
• Acting as a mentor to other members of the development team
and a trusted advisor to the remainder of the development organization

*Required Skills:*
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing in.NET
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing SQL Server TSQL
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing ASP

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing web services in .NET
minimum including Windows Communication Foundation services
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing in Microsoft Team
Foundation Server
• HTML, HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSS, CSS3, java script
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• Experience leading small development teams/projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
*Primary Roles and Responsibilities:*
• collaborate with architecture team to lead platform,
framework and foundational designs
• lead application functional designs and user interface
designs based on strong understanding of business requirements, business
processes and business needs
• lead development team in estimating and planning development
tasks
• develop software based on agreed designs with minimal
supervision
• monitor and guide other developers during development of
defined software
• deliver software adhering to agreed standards and meeting
defined requirements on time and on budget
• provide guidance to other development team members
• perform peer code and documentation reviews
• work with development team, users, and business analysts to
analyze complex problems and define solutions
• provide support including off-hours support when needed to
critical business applications
• plan, track and report progress on development projects
*Additional Desired Skills:*
• experience with Microsoft Office products
• experience producing wireframe mockups for designs
• experience with WPF and MVVM pattern
*Education:*
• B.S. degree in computer-related field or equivalent
experience (prefer M.S. degree)
*Experience:*
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
