to: Analyze, develop, execute, maintain, and diagnose/resolve test run
errors of test automation scripts for program utilizing HP QTP and QC.*

*Complete Description:*

*[image: cid:[email protected]]Position will be staffed within
Claims Solutions BSA and supporting the Claims Transformation Program.
Candidate must be comfortable working in Agile environment including Paired
Programming, Test Driven environment, Daily Standups and Open Workspace.
Responsibilities include delivering quality solutions through coding,
testing and analyzing. Required skills include test driven development
(automation) and pair programming. Possessing in depth to expert knowledge
in the following areas is required: HP QTP and Quality Center. Candidate
should have good communication skills and demonstrate a strong desire to
learn new technologies and development practices. Analyze, develop,
execute, maintain, and diagnose/resolve test run errors of test automation
scripts for program. Coordination/ownership of defects at a department
level. This includes the refinement of existing processes, communication,
monitoring and reporting. Facilitate defect review, prioritization and deep
dive meetings. Analyze defect trends and communicate accordingly with
possible recommendations on improvement opportunities. Utilize HP Quality
Center and Excel. Quality Assurance duties (Non Testing Emphsis) - Quality
Metrics and Reporting (collect, establish, analyze and present data to help
drive process change), Quality Planning (consults and helps establish
goals), Quality Process Improvement (Identify gaps, current/future state
mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Facilitation, Lean, Continuos Improvement,
Six Sigma) The Quality Assurance Analyst: -drives quality improvements in
the Business Solution Area (BSA) -measures, monitors, and analyzes
production quality trends within the BSA -measures and monitors whether all
BSA processes (through plan, build and run) are executed as prescribed
-provides insight to BSA leaders, application owners, process owners, and
business partners on trends and indicators of quality. With full
competency, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through
research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable
business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops
or modifies complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and
user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system log
difficulties as necessary. Guides and advises less-experienced analysts .
Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the
current business environment.*
