*Position: MicroStratergy Developer* *Location : St. Louis, MO*
*Duration: 6+ months* Job Description:** The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing reporting solutions utilizing MicroStrategy to support the business analytical and reporting needs. Position will design, maintain and troubleshoot the reporting solutions within the enterprise data warehouse. Responsibilities include: ** Design and develop complex reports and dashboards to meet the business needs. Architect schema objects; build grids, graphs, standard reports and dashboards. Create and/or enhance report objects, metrics, filters, and prompts as needed. Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and reporting specifications and provide technical assistance. Troubleshoot and analyze data issues within reports. Work with the ETL team to understand data sources and propose data warehouse designs to support reporting needs. Work with MSTR Admin team to help administer and deploy reporting objects across the different MSTR environments. Deliver required supporting documentation as needed. This includes and is not limited to technical design documents and object promotion documents. Performance tune reports as needed validate report SQL and implement BI best practices to ensure optimal end-user experience.
