Under the direction of the Manager of HR IS, the Data Architect will convert disparate data sources into an organized enterprise data warehouse, capable of supporting predictive modeling. The project goal is to create a database that will • deliver solutions that drive business improvements, solve problems, and provide tools for business leaders to make informed educated business decisions to meet strategic goals • Facilitate report requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, on-going maintenance, training, and support • Serve as a resource to business analysts by providing an information system that properly supports analytical needs EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Eight years experience in the development and/or architecture management of an enterprise data warehouse required. Successful completion of at least 2 SQL Server-based data warehouse development projects required. Requires experience gathering requirements, determining table structures, importing data from varied sources into a meaningful data structure, facilitating reporting requirements, and establishing a standard for on-going maintenance, training, and support.
*SKILL REQUIREMENTS: * •Expert skill level in MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, SQL Server Management Studio, Business Intelligence Development Studio and SSRS. •MS Excel, Report Writing and critical thinking skills.
