*Business Analyst* Location: Dublin, CA
Pay Rate: Market, flexible Duration: Long term, 12+ Months • Responsible *to Liaison between Business and IT Teams and facilitate gathering and documenting functional requirements and specifications* • Preparing Business requirements documents, requirement specifications, work flow diagrams, use cases and testing scenarios • Responsible for facilitating IT teams in understanding the requirements and workflows. • Responsible for Validating the use cases, data flows, data mappings, data checks, business rules, validation rules, and exception scenarios, • Testing the software applications from the functional view to ensure correct implementation of requirements • Provide all support to IT teams to understand the functional aspects of the business. Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial: • 8-12 years of *experience working in Financial Services industry esp. Asset Management, Investment management companies/ clients* • *DEEP understanding of operations of financial institutions esp.
