IT organization is looking to hire senior project manager to manage a large and complex project intended to leverage software from Milliman intended to provide actuarial reporting for care management business areas. This resource must have a strong MS Project background, and be very experienced managing in an Agile Scrum methodology. This will not be the most structured environment so flexibility and an ability to bring structure to less structured situations will be key.
