:

6+ years

*Technical/Functional Skills *

:

·         Hands-On experience in PeopleSoft CRM 9.x application.

·         Hands-On experience in People Tools, People Code, Application
Designer, Application Engine, AWE, Integration Broker, SQR.

·         Must have 60% functional in CRM modules and 40% Technical
knowledge.

  *Experience Required*

:

·         6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft CRM.

·         2-4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant.

·         Significant Hands-on in People Tools 8.5x (Application Designer,
Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Tools, Workflow and
People Code).

·         Expert knowledge in CRM modules including in Case Management and
Help Desk.

·         Experience with setting up CRM workflow and the data connections
to HCM.

·         Atleast one end to end Upgrade/Re-implementation experience.

  *Roles & Responsibilities*

:

·         Work with functional consultants to gather requirements, analyze
business needs, develop technical specifications, and define conversion
requirements.

·         Design, code, and test programs, systems, interfaces, and reports.

·         Provide client with technical options as well as business process
improvements

·         Produce clear and concise technical documentation.

·         Work with functional consultants to convert Functional design
documents to Technical Design Documents.

·         Guide the technical team to understand the functionality of the
customizations.

·         Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering
PeopleSoft solutions.
