Implement and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production). 2. Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly. 3. Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance. 4. Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability. 5. Install and configure all required SAP database servers and application servers. 6. Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles. 7. Distribute the online SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload. 8. Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances. 9. Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies. 10. Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). 11. Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.). 12. Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required. 13. Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades. 14. Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology. 15. Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces. 16. Provide status reports for projects to management. SAP Order to Cash Consultant Specific Duties and Responsibilities · The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Order to Cash process to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. · Design, configuration and testing of core SD modules · Design, configuration and testing of Logistics Execution modules including WM and Transportation Planning · Design, configuration and testing of AR module · Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. · Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs. · Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards Qualifications · Minimum 4 years of SAP SD configuration experience— with specialization in Order to Cash · Must have at least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) · Implemented at least 1 full life-cycle in SD · Experience and knowledge in other core modules (WM,MM, AR) related to the Order to Cash process Business knowledge and process design skills · Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations · Strong organizational skills · Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel. · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal · Good interpersonal skills · Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload · Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines · Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision · Must be an effective problem solver · Been in a functional lead role for at least 1 year · Previous experience in managing small projects and/or small team of people · Previous consulting experience; nice to have · Experience writing functional/technical specifications · Must be willing to travel in North America when required · Reading and understanding of ABAP code; nice to have Personal Attributes · Must be honest and trustworthy · Be respectful · Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity · Be flexible · Outgoing, personable, responsible, self motivated, and confident SAP FICO Consultant Specific Duties and Responsibilities · The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. · Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR) · Design, configuration and testing of Asset Management · Design, configuration and testing of Consolidations in EC-CS · Design, configuration and testing of CO-PA · Experience with report writer and report painter · Experience with product costing and material ledger · Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules · Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. · Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
