Qualifications and Experience: • 8+ experience working with LTE and VoLTE solutions for network operators. • Proven experience in defining end-to-end solutions for LTE and converged solution. • In Depth working understanding of 3GPP standards like TS 23.401 • Good understanding of technologies: IMS, LTE, VoLTE. • Working experience on LTE and IMS interfaces - S1-MME, S1-U, S11, Gx, Rx, Gy, Gz, SGi, Mw, Mb, Mr, Sh, S6a etc • Good to have Product knowledge from below vendors • Cisco ASR5500, NSN S/PGW,Openet PCRF, Ericsson MME, ALU/Ericsson eNB ,NSN HSS • Consultative Selling Ability • Problem Solving Ability and Creative Thinking: Ability to understand specific needs in which to create or alter solutions. Ability to examine situations from a highly analytical perspective is absolutely required. • Presentation & Communication skills: Excellent communication skills are ideal in order to be able to participate and drive customer meetings, as well as develop solutions. • Team work and collaboration skills: Ability to take on a leadership role in a team environment.
