Please note this is a high profile requirement and not much room for trial and error. Requirements/Skills: * Total Experience: 7-8+ years - need senior candidates only * Strong Core JAVA experience * 5+ Years of experience in Test Automation with 3+ years using Selenium RC and/or WebDriver * Programming automation framework/scripts in JAVA or any other major high level language is a must * Strong Unix/LINUX skills * Experience working with relational databases and mid-level expertize with the SQL language. * Scripting ability in Python or similar scripting language (including shell scripting) is highly desired but not mandatory. * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies - functional, regression, black box, white box, performance testing. * Strong knowledge of Test Design techniques such equivalence class partitioning, decision table, pairwise testing etc. is a must. * Expertise in building and maintaining test beds, test environments and automated data driven test suites. * Experience testing software at API level, as well as white box testing. * Experience testing mobile apps, ad serving platforms, or digital marketing is highly preferred. * Comfortable with taking the initiative regarding issues and decisions with minimal supervision. * Self-starter working effectively individually as well as collaboratively, with strong organizational and communication skills. * Excellent oral and written skills including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel are highly desired.
