- NetApp Service Now
- NetApp Operations Manager
- NetApp Protection Manager
- Hitachi HNAS
- Hitachi Content Platform
- Hitachi Command Suite
- NetApp NDMP NAS Devices
- This technology thought leader is responsible for driving change
within a customers' IT infrastructure.
- Working within the customer's IT leadership team, this individual is
instrumental in understanding the requirements of the supported business
and translating them into a technology solution that offers flexibility,
high utilization, performance and availability.
- 6+ years supporting Enterprise Storage Architectures
- Designing and architecting Customer’s storage/backup solutions
- Creating documentation that includes Standard Operating Procedures
(“SOP’s”)
- Testing and validating solution in lab environments
- Optimizing storage infrastructure by recommending upgrades, monitoring
performance, and auditing system tasks
- Driving the highest levels of Storage Efficiency in customer
environments
- Providing leadership by mentoring other technical team members
- Implementing Storage best practices within Customer environment
- Creation and Ownership of Qualification document templates
- Review and Approval of all quality related documentation
- Mentoring Customer’s architecture team
