*Qualifications*



Bachelor s degree, other technical training in business, or equivalent.

4+ years of business functional area experience, with relevant business
acumen.

3+ years experience with Business Applications.

MS Office Suite, CRM application experience, complete SDLC experience. .

Knowledge of business systems software (sales force)

Working knowledge of enterprise level applications.

Experience or working knowledge of agile development methodology and
creation of user stories.

Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of
expertise.

Ability to communicate business process to technical resources.

Ability to create complex flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate
business or system process or data flow.

Ability to gather business, system functional and non-functional
requirements effectively; elicit and document requirements, and confirm
observations with business owners and other stakeholders.

Ability to perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements.

Ability to create detailed and thorough test plans for medium-sized
initiatives.

Ability to prioritize job responsibilities.
