Based on the most recent SOA test results, the CTS Hosted/Linux Apache environment scales to 50 users before the application became unresponsive and failed. The expectation was for 300 concurrent users. This was the achievable based on the current IIS/Windows environment. The immediate need is identify the performance issues, document a capacity plan to resolve, and roadmap to bring the application to enterprise class and scale to 1,000+ users.
