*Job Title: *Program Manager *Relevant Experience*: 12-15 years *Work Location: *Saint Paul MN *Duration of assignment (in Months*): 6 months starting from July 1st *Education:* BS /MS in computer Science , Mechanical , MBA *Technical/Functional Skills**: * Deep understanding of various functional areas within the Windchill/ product line: Part management, Doc Management, Change Management, ACL’s, Lifecycles, EPM document objects. Elicit business requirements complex processes and document effectively. Requirement Management Setting up project teams, making sure the right business experts provide input Bringing in external experts, such as IT, that will be involved in delivering the project Working out the cost benefits of each project Calculating budgets for specific elements of each project Analysing the risks involved Using special project management software tools to produce clear timetabled project plans Managing people resources Tracking progress against project plans, making sure each element is on track Providing independent advice to project stakeholders and sponsors Sending out regular communication updates Co-ordinating meetingsReview . Consult with Architects, developers within the PLM organization and incorporate feedback into business deliverables. Clearly articulate system behavior and functionality. Review designs along with Architects with business owners. Ensure alignment of design activities with project goals. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication.
