*Position: Sr. Net Developer * *Duration: 5+ Month * *Location: Duluth, GA Interview : Telephonic / Skype* *Job Description: * The selected Sr. Developer *will be a leader in the design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems*. *Additional responsibilities will include:* - Taking the lead to develop the technical design for large projects. *Defines effort and timelines; analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.* - *Leads the coding/configuration, testing, implementation and documentation of solution. Develops detailed design specifications.* - Performs complex applications programming activities. Code, tests, debug, documents, maintain, and modifies complex applications programs. - Establishes systems to monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance. - Leads the resolution of customer inquiries. - Serves as a coach and mentor to more junior developers. Delegates tasks as appropriate. - Leads the development phase of large projects, making work assignments and holding staff accountable. - Oversees the selection of tools and methodologies for projects. - Commits to overall deliverables with customers and/or management. - Supports the evaluation and recommendation of new technical directions and approaches to senior MST management. - Other duties as assigned. *General skills include: * · *10+ years of experience with one or more programming languages or software packages in a client server environment with layered architecture. * · *Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft .Net development platform/Web Services (C#, WPF, WCF, REST, ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET>, Visual Studio 2010, etc) * · *3+ years working with ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> MVC Framework, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, LINQ, CSS, HTML. * · *5+ years: Design Patterns - Strong SQL skills, ability to develop and tune complex queries. * · *5+ years: SQL Server and Oracle* · 5+ years: Unit Testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit, MS Testing Framework) · Experience w/ Source Control (i.e. Clear Case, Subversion) · 5+ years in Object Oriented analysis and design and data modeling experience. · 5+ years in UML design. · 5+ years application development and integration; systems integration. · 5+ years working with object oriented languages (C#, VB.Net, C++, Java). · Experience with mobile application development experience using .Net Compact Framework is a plus (Windows CE, Windows Mobile and Windows 8). · Experience with Tibco Enterprising Messaging Bus (EMS). · Experience in Tibco Business Works (BW) / Business Events (BE) tool is a plus. · Exposure to HTML5 is a plus.
