*Position : Business Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis) Location : New York City, NY Fulltime Position* *Description* *We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team, helping us expand the scope of the team’s reporting and analysis capabilities to apply greater focus to the engineering areas of the firm. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:* · Coordinate, track and provide a one year time horizon around modeling projects; · Managing a rolling one year planning horizon; · Quarterly forecasting / Monthly reporting; · Transparency between Engineering / Modeling / Corporate; · Assist in firmware prioritization and escalation as needed (tbd); · Expense Management; · General corporate finance; · Escalating risk concerns. *Requirements Include:* · A bachelor’s degree from a top university. · 2-5 years of experience in a large corporate environment with interaction with senior management. · Advanced Excel modeling and database management with experience with SQL (navigating databases, writing & executing queries) is required. · Knowledge in a programming language such as Java or C++ is a plus. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong analytical ability.
