*Position - Forefront Identity Manager(FIM) Engineer* *Location: Lawrenceville, GA* *Phone and Skype* Need a strong FIM resource with architecture, development and support experience. *JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * - Performs system administration and functions as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010 which will include configuration changes, join and projection resolution, Management Agent (MA) creation, monitoring and performance tuning. - Understands current identity management processes and identify opportunities to automate additional functions within the company. - Understands the on-boarding and off-boarding process of FIM 2010 - Implements changes to current identity management processes by leveraging the FIM workflow and policy engine. - Updates and maintains FIM password reset portal. - Provides reports for on-boarding & off-boarding process and auditing purposes to meet customer and regulatory requirements. - Development skills including C# programming related to FIM a plus, Windows Workflow Foundation, Power Shell, SQL programming, understanding of Web Services standards and VBScript. - Design, implement and maintain complex systems infrastructure including applications, services, servers, management tools, performance tools. - Work with peers and other senior level IT team members within the organization to develop solutions for complex technical problems & business requirements. - Leverage technical expertise to address escalated issues from within the IT organization. - Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds. - Assess system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the organization's business processes and goals. - Assist in the development of and management an architecture governance process. - Partner with IT organizations responsible for applications and databases to develop solutions tailored to specific business requirements. - Collect requirements and develop technical designs and implementation plans for major systems infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, messaging & collaboration technologies. - Lead implementations of messaging and collaboration technologies. - Leverage depth and breadth of technical expertise to address escalated issues from within the company. *Requirements * - Requires a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience. - Requires minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft operating systems. - Requires minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint. - Requires minimum of 5 years of experience with UNIX operating systems. - Requires minimum of 5 years of experience with VMWare ESX products. - Requires thorough knowledge of TCP/IP protocol; requires extensive knowledge of networking hardware and ability to use that knowledge to configure and maintain installed systems. - Experience working with Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) required Regards Ishan Salaria Sr. Technical Recruiter *VSG Business Solutions* *221 Cornwell Dr,Bear, DE 19701* *Contact No: 302-261-3207 Ext: 102* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Gtalk: ishan.salaria* *YM:ishan.salaria* *Disclaimer: This e-mail contains PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION intended solely for the use of the addressee(s).
