They obviously need to have SQL, etc. · STONG analytical and communication skills a MUST! · Local candidates ONLY! · This person will need to do all the required things that BA’s do like: conduct use cases, flow diagrams, etc. Business Analyst Summary: This candidate will be part of the driving force in building the next generation of software products and creating solutions that transforms the client's business and supports its tremendous growth. The ideal candidate will not only interact with a very innovative business team, but also a talented technology team excelling at J2EE, .NET and client's big data technology. This person will serve as a liaison between the business community and the Engineering organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. *Education/Experience: Typically possesses 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. – Preferred. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience. – required. Skills:* 1. Requires highly developed skills in technical analysis, systems design, project planning, and/or negotiation. 2. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to function within ambiguity and help bring clarity to a situation. 4. Understand the difference between Business, Functional and Technical requirements and use cases. 5. Ability to do Conceptual Modeling Skills for both Business views as well as Technical views for developers, decomposing abstract into details 6. Ability to communicate details and concepts to both business and developers across different teams 7. Ability to understand how solutions are integrated functionally across disparate systems and communicate using cross-functional workflow diagrams, sequence and data flow diagrams, data mapping examples. 8. Understand entire software development life cycle and process (Waterfall, Agile, and etc.) 9. Experience and relevant Java/J2EE and/or .NET; understanding HTML, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, and SQL query 10. Experience and understanding of Unix and/or Linux, Oracle and/or MySQL 11.
