*Position : Business Process Modeler (BPMN) Location : Memphis, TN Duration: 12 Months Skype Interview* *Skills Needed:* - *MUST have experience in BPMN (Business Process Modeling and Notation)* - *Candidates must be familiar with common BPMN tools* - *Previous experience with SPARX is strongly desired* - Background in Logistics is a BIG PLUS - BA Experience is a PLUS - A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a business process modeler and business analyst, identifying information inputs and outputs, actors and actions. - Proficiency in business modeling methodologies including BPMN. - Strong knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture or business process management tools. - Good knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture framework. - Experience analyzing business requirements and developing appropriate business process changes to existing business process models. - Experience working in teams and initiating review sessions of work among peers. - Ability to work in a complex and ever changing business environment with exceptional analytical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Should be a quick learner and be able to hit the ground running with minimum hand holding.
