*Need to Have:*
*thought leadership and expertise related to the architecture of a
SharePoint Platform
*facilitation of enhancements to the governance plan document
*defined development methodology, including development guidelines,
standards, frameworks, tools, deployment run-books, platforms management
and policies
*creation and use of the best practice and standards
*facilitation of significant architectural or engineering changes with the
Architecture Review Board ("ARB") and Engineering Review Board ("ERB")
*definition of the consultative process and roles, including promotion of
the correct use of the platform to ADM and architecture areas
*specifications on the use of reference standards, including architecture,
engineering, and operations
*creation of the necessary training materials
