*Role:*



Hyland OnBase System Administrator& Developer.



*Roles & Responsibilities:*



·          Support & Maintain Client in-house OnBase solution

·          Implement and architect updates and enhancements for the
in-house OnBase solution.

·          Serve as a Technical Resource and Subject Matter Expert

·          Create, install, and maintain OnBase software on mission
critical systems

·          Create and maintain technical documentation for the in-house
OnBase solution

·          Monitor application and system health, performance, and capacity

·          Participate in architecture, design and planning for future
projects

·          Collaborate and liaise with other teams

·          Train other co-workers as backup administrators

·          Learn additional applications and provide knowledge transfer as
a backup resource

*Knowledge Required:*

·          Firm understanding of application components and OnBase modules

·          Complete knowledge of the installation and configuration of
components

·          Advanced understanding of OnBase modules, automation,
application integration and monitoring

·          Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

·          Windows Server Administration.

·          Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules:  Document
Imaging, Document Import Processing (Image and Meta-Data), COLD/ERM, Report
Services.

·          Experience in installing, configuring and supporting Hyland’s
OnBase Product, including Workflow/eForms or the OnBase API.

·          eForm development or web development (dynamic HTML, JavaScript,
CSS, etc.) is required.

·          Designing and building OnBase Workflows and Configurations

·          Must be proficient in a major SQL database platform, preferably
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later.

*Requirements:*



•         *Experience*:

·          Overall 3-5 years of Overall Software development experience

·          OnBase Administration experience, required, 3 Years.


·          Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase, Required, 3
Years.

·          Desired OnBase Certifications: System Administrator
(OCSA)Workflow Administrator (OCWA)

•         *Technology*: <Client preferences and also based on the platform
used Java or .Net/C#, Scripting Language like VBScript>

•         *Education*: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology

*Analytical Ability — *breaksdown the problem into its constituent parts to
get a better understanding of issues. Evaluates the available solution
options while solving problems.



*Customer Orientation – *Seeks to understand customer needs and builds
credibility with the customer by providing inputs on solutions. Integrates
client feedback and delivers according to agreed specifications and
timelines in order to ensure highest level of client satisfaction.
Proactively identifies red flags in own work output and escalates them to
the manager for immediate action.

proficient in the English language, listens attentively and asks questions
to seek clarity for oneself. Communicates with conviction and is confident
to share own point of view in team meetings.
