Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* QA tester *Project Location* Sacramento, CA *Duration* 12 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI Telephonic + Skype* *NEED USC GC MUST HAVE ECOMMERCE EXP Job Description:* - Provide testing support for eCommerce applications with minimal direction and supervision. - Through requirements and design reviews, gain understanding of the functional and non-functional testing requirements, for applications being developed and ongoing maintenance of the software. - Participate in entire testing lifecycle, including test planning, test preparation, test execution and defect management. - Specifically, formulate and execute test cases to determine if the application under test is ready for production. *Job Requirements:* - 3-5 years application testing of mid to large sized projects, and or equivalent application knowledge. - Strong understanding and use of testing methodologies. - Demonstrated experience with testing techniques such as TDD. - Some experience with test automation tools such as Jbehave, Quick Test Pro is preferred. - Testing experience with UI and backend services - Experience with User stories as requirements and Jira a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills conducive to working in a team environment across all positions and departments. - Excellent communication and written skills are required. - Must be self-motivated with the ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal direction. - Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
