*Position: Salesforce Lead* *Location: **Any city with airport in Midwest (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin)* *Duration: 6-12 Months Interview process: Phone then Skype* *Minimum Requirements:* · 10 + years of technology experience in a small, medium or large organization / 10 + years of overall exoerience working in a Technological environment or field · Certified Salesforce System Administrator (ADM 201) · Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV 401) - (or commitment to pass within 30 days) · Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented · Ability to build relationships with various roles at all levels. · Ability to design of HTML and Web · (Has hands on experience in several mid-size, global implementations using salesforce.com in some of the following areas:) · System Implementation & Adoption · Salesforce.com Sales Cloud · Salesforce.com Service Cloud · Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud · Salesforce.com Communities and Mobile (Community Cloud) · Salesforce.com Force.com platform development · Salesforce.com’s Apex programming language · Ability to analyze and design complex solutions within a tight deadline · Ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect. · Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business · Strong oral and written communication skills · Strong teamwork skills · Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success · Strong organizational and planning skill · Minimum of 8 years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP) · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect and/or Development Manager/Leads in a mid to large sized organization · Must be certified in at least one (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant) *Preferred Skills: * · Conceptual knowledge of and how to integrate to social and other emerging technologies such as Facebook, Twitter, Radian6, Dimdim, Ruby, Heroku, Node.js, and especially mobile/tablet platform incorporation strategies and technologies. · Deliver customer facing demos, lead in-person and virtual meetings. Pre-sales engineering for business opportunities. This includes identifying business opportunities and developing proof of concepts (POCs), technical solutions to meet customers’ needs and requirements. · Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management. · Experience being an active coach and mentor to others. · Demonstrated ability to be both hands on, as well as strategic. · Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. · Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience. · Strong presentation skills.
