*Location  :  Franklin, WI *


*Duration : 12+ Months Phone / Skype*

*Description:*

*The position is accountable for system-level administration and
maintenance of hardware and software in enterprise voice technology
infrastructure supporting top tier and business critical functions. *

*Work is performed independently and with minimal direct supervision*.



*Responsibilities:*

   - Partnering with CPE vendor and PSTN carriers and telcos in resolving
   incidents and problems to meet SLAs
   - Managing trouble tickets
   - Monitoring system performance and availability
   - Performing system administration duties
   - Tuning the infrastructure
   - Managing change records and coordinating change activity
   - Fulfilling project assignments.


   - Administration and maintenance of:
      - IP-enabled TDM PBX systems
      - IP Telephony
      - ISDN/PRI and SIP trunking
      - Line-side T1 and PRI applications interfaces
      - Server-based applications:
         - scripted call routing and reporting for Call Centers
         - voice mail
         - call recording and logging platforms
         - speech-driven auto-attendant
         - integrated station database management with work order component
         - directory database management
         - Call Detail Reporting
         - PBX Traffic measurement and reporting
         - Telephony asset management
         - Scripted automation of database file transfers
       - Web-based PSTN management (provisioning/billing reconciliation
   software)
   - Enterprise BCP documentation for telephony systems



*Qualifications:*



   - Previous experience maintaining the following platforms and/or
   comparable products:
      - Avaya/Nortel products - CS1000M and CS1000E PBXs, IP telephony
      Signaling Servers and Voice Media Gateways, Session Manager, CallPilot
      Voice Mail, Integrated Call Director and Contact Center.
   - Qfiniti Call Center Quality Assurance Monitoring, Verint Call
   Recording/Logging, Nuance Speech Attendant, Stratasoft Autodialer,
   Intervoice IVR, Rivermine Billing, Avotus Telemanagement and other
   supporting technologies for voice applications.
