IMRS Platform is one of the key components of Enterprise Metrics & Analytics Practice Area within Operations Technology. This platform supports Global Operations and Finance Control Group by defining, acquiring, publishing, and analyzing an integrated set of key risk and performance metrics. These metrics enable managers to make informed decisions, while executing the Firm’s objectives across the domains of “Risk, Financial and Manpower.” The successful candidate will have passion in the business intelligence and data analytics practice, proven track record of driving strong business results driven by deep understanding of analytical technologies and outstanding execution skills. The successful candidate will work with global teams spread across Mumbai, Chennai and Pune and will be accountable for building out the TM1 platform for Financial and Manpower data; introduce forecasting and Scenario planning using TM1 and delivering the BI reports and dashboards using the TM1 reporting cubes. *Qualifications :* 6 to 8 years of experience in BI Analytics and Reporting in a Data Warehousing Environment 3 to 5 years of experience with TM1Architecture and development 3 to 4 years of experience in BI Reporting and Analysis using IBM Cognos 8/10 Extensive Experience: - in architecting, designing and building Cognos 10 BI Solutions using– TM1, Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Cognos Workspace Advanced - Advanced Rule Writing, TM1 Turbo Integrator, Cube Designing in TM1 - in designing and building Star Schema and DMR Cognos Framework Models with the application of Security, Filters and Governor Controls in the modeling layer - in implementing ongoing enhancements and changes in the modeling and reporting layers involving packages and reports meant to support multiple projects and applications in an integrated reporting environment - in building and delivering advanced BI solutions at least for 3 to 4 complex projects involving complex reports and analysis with even driven report deliveries - In building BI Solutions using Cognos 10 Dynamic Cubes, Dynamic Query Mode (DQM) and DMR based Analysis and Reports Regards, *Sara Wilson* - Staffing Manager Direct : 646-340-0603 sara.wil...@itbtalent.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
