*Profile : Infrastructure Project Manager* *Location : Portsmouth, NH* *Duration : 6+ months* *Interview : Phone and Skype* *Role Description: *Project Managers/Sr. Project Managers are subject matter experts within the Infrastructure Workgroup who participate in a wide range of IT and operations-related consulting engagements. These projects may include Data Center migration/consolidation strategies, planning and implementation, as well as Data Center rationalization, optimization, consolidation or relocation activities. These individuals are expected to be well versed in data center management including virtualization and optimization frameworks including virtualization and compute/storage consolidation. Managers are responsible for project planning and prioritization and are held accountable for delivery of results and client satisfaction. *Responsibilities:* •PMP Certification a MUST •Leads the analysis of a client’s current IT and Operations environment and the anticipation of future needs •Provides SME knowledge as related to all aspects of data center environments related to the Plan-Build-Manage methodology •Articulates long-term goals and directions for data center-related solutions •Rationalizes IT and Operations needs to reduce costs •Conducts Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to build business case for migrations, consolidation and virtualization encompassing data center/facility to technology components •Provides leadership and expert knowledge in solving complex technical and business issues in regards to data center, IT and operations. •Facilitate decision-making across technical and business groups •Leads teams of technical and operations consultants in the planning, building and managing of solutions.
