The candidate will be responsible for working in a team environment to drive technical decisions that will produce best in class IVR solutions. The candidate will provide technical expertise to members of the team and review the current development practices and presents ideas for improvements. *Job Responsibilities:* Perform end to end software development life cycle (SDLC) activities. Test the software and assure quality Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
