- Must have at least 5 years in PeopleSoft
- Hands on expertise on
o PeopleTools Web services, PeopleCode, Integration Broker,
Component Interface, Application engine, SQR
- Strong Experience in PeopleSoft HR domain and experience in following
areas
o North American Payroll, Base Benefits, Core HR and Self
Services
- Excellent communication skills, Strong Analytical ability
- Expert in ERP (PeopleSoft) Implementation Life Cycle Process
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills, able to
clearly articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations at various levels
like senior management, business users, and IT team
- Preferred: Experience on version 9.1 or 9.2 of PeopleSoft HCM. Oracle
SOA experience
- Experience in state / Public sector will be a plus
