Knowledge of scripting languages as well as in-depth knowledge of CentOS/Linux, basic networking and load balancing, security and ACL/FW are required to work in this team. - Be the primary support for triaging all issues that affect the customer experience. This may require carrying an on-call phone on specific weeks (weekly on-call rotation schedule).
