Need Sr IT Service Manager (Cloud) || Secaucus, NJ || 12 Months *Job Title: Sr. IT Service Manager (Cloud)* *Location: Secaucus, NJ* *Duration: 12 Months * *Job description:* *Scope of Role* Technology leader to build and manage new IT Service desk, incident management and application support procedures for a new Cloud based platform. The role will report to Product Manager for the Cloud based platform but will also have responsibilities to work with offshore Quality and Service Desk Head for practice. *Must Have* 1. Experience building IT Service desk team, including hiring of new people as well as setting up ITSM, problem management, SLAs and resolution management 2. 5+ years experience in managing a multilayered team consisting of service desk analysts, team leaders and network operations center functions. 3. Experience in incident management including triaging, coordinating, containment, corrective action management and escalation 4. Experience at writing incident reports 5. Hands on experience setting up ITSM such as RemedyForce, JIRA or equivalent 6. Excellent communication skills with strong phone manner 7. Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering 8. Must have a strong customer focus dealing with both internal and external customers and a dedicated focus on improving service delivery across the organization. 9. Experience writing Maintenance contracts 10. Reporting on SLAs 11. Be part of user testing rounds 12. Writing and modifying help documentation *Prefer* 1. ITIL Certification in ITSM 2. Industry Experience in Insurance and Finance related Software 3. Hand on skills in server management, monitoring and SLA software 4.
